We're growing this one sale at a time, and we want the crews, shops and creators who live it to grow with us and get paid for it.

Last updated 24 October 2026. By joining the DIRTY ROGER® Crew Affiliates program you agree to these terms.
1. Who runs it. The program is run by DIRTY ROGER®, PO Box 49, Quinns Rocks WA 6030, admin@dirtyroger.com.
2. Approval. We review every application and may accept or decline at our discretion. You must be 18 or over.
3. Commission. You earn 10% of the order value after discounts, excluding shipping and GST, on orders placed at dirtyroger.com through your link or code. Your link is tracked for 30 days from the last click. If more than one affiliate refers the same order, the last click or code used gets the credit.
4. What doesn't earn commission. Your own purchases, orders that are refunded, returned, cancelled or charged back, orders using another affiliate's code, wholesale orders, and orders flagged as fraudulent.
5. Payment. Commission is confirmed 30 days after the order (to allow for returns) and paid monthly by bank transfer or PayPal once your confirmed balance reaches $50 AUD. Unpaid balances under $50 roll over to the next month. You are responsible for your own tax, including GST if you are registered. If you're an Australian business, include your ABN so we can pay you correctly.
6. How you can promote. Be honest. Clearly disclose that you earn commission (for example #ad or “affiliate link”) as required by Australian Consumer Law and platform rules. Describe the gear as “designed in WA”, not “made in WA”. Use only the images, artwork and logos we provide, and don't change them.
7. What you can't do. No spam, unsolicited bulk email or texts. No bidding on “DIRTY ROGER”, “dirtyroger” or similar terms in Google, Meta or other paid ads. No coupon or deal sites unless we approve them in writing. No fake reviews, misleading claims, or anything offensive, discriminatory or unsafe, including posts that show unsafe work practices. Don't pretend to be DIRTY ROGER® or speak on our behalf.
8. Our brand. DIRTY ROGER® and PBRA GYM PRINCESS™, and all DIRTY ROGER® artwork, remain ours. You get a limited, revocable right to use the materials we supply, only to promote dirtyroger.com while you're an affiliate.
9. Ending it. Either of us can end your membership at any time by email. If you break these terms we can close your account and withhold commission earned through the breach. Otherwise we'll pay any confirmed commission owed.
10. Changes. We may change the commission rate or these terms. We'll email you at least 14 days before any change takes effect, and commission already earned is paid at the old rate.
11. The legal bit. You're an independent affiliate, not our employee, agent or partner. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to commission owed. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
